Steps to follow for Bill Payments
- Login to wcicustomer
- Click on “View or Pay Bills”
- Open your invoice copy

Why didn’t they come p/u trash on Monday??! This is ridiculous! The lame excuse of snow (Waaa!) should have been used on Tuesday. Waste Mgmt. was out to p/u our neighbors trash! Now it stacks up for another week before it’ll get p/u! & what about recycle? Will they p/u next week since they were a no show yesterday??

I have been on hold for your customer service for nearly 45 minutes to get this information to you.
Have been an American Disposal customer for several years. Got the letter about the merger. Have not had our trash picked up the last two Mondays. New account number is 5311-0369183 for 9492 Saulsbury Ct., Westminster, CO. I just hung up from being on hold for over 28 minutes (720-322-0500, the number on our last American Disposal bill; I guess I should have called a different number??). Paid our last American Disposal bill dated 9/1/19 for 3 months, so it should not be an issue of being late with our payment; have not seen any billing from Pro Disposal so not sure what is going on, but would appreciate getting the service we have prepaid for. So far, not getting any service, either trash pick up or answers from a customer representative. Thank you.
I called the corporate office to complain that my trash hadn’t been picked up yet and it is 2 days till the next scheduled pick up.
